Our OS series is the clear industry leader for packaged liquid ring vacuum systems. The OS systems offer the advantage of liquid ring pumps, but require no wasteful and expensive seal water. No other liquid ring oil seal unit offers all the advantages of the OS vacuum packages such as the extremely low oil carry-over, ease of service and maintenance, compact design with belt or direct drive reliability.
Applications range from Medical and Lab environments to the rigors of Soil Vapor Extraction. The units are particularly popular for lab environments where contaminates in the suction gasses are not easily determined. Other industries where the OS units are popular include furniture manufacturing, semiconductor manufacturing and the chemical industry.
Vacuum levels down to 29.6” HgV (8.4 torr).
