Lubricated Rotary Vane "Pumps" and "Systems"

The GPR series pumps can be matched to a wide variety of applications including laboratory/ research, meat packing, food processing, vacuum drying, hold down, printing, electronic assembly, medical (NFPA), lasers and thermoforming. Pump flow ranges from 10.6 acfm to 903 acfm.

The GPR series pumps are direct-driven through a shaft coupling by a TEFC electric motor, wired for operation for 208, 230 or 460 volt, 60 hertz, 3 phase power supply. Also available with 200 volt, 575 volt or single phase motors. The GPR lubricated pumps come standard with gas ballast valve to help prevent condensation of water vapor, allowing water vapor to pass through the pump in its gaseous phase, keeping the oil clean.

PLC Control Panel
GlobalVac Vacuum's exclusive PLC control panel maximizes function and versatility. The GlobalVac PLC controller is deployed on all systems including LAB, Medical and Process applications.

Each panel is supplied as follows:
- Multiline LCD alphanumeric display
- Full voltage magnetic motor starters with fused protection for each pump
- 120 volt control transformer with fused primary and fused secondary
- 120/24 vdc control transformer to power the PLC programmable logic controller with integrated operator interface/touch pad
- Emergency "stop" switch
- Motor circuit protection (each pump)
- 4-20 mA vacuum transmitter, controls pumps via the PLC input
- Automatic timed rotation with "lead/select" UL listed NEMA 12 enclosure
