Oilless Rotary Vane Pumps and Systems
The Rotary Vane GP series vacuum systems are available from 1 to 25 hp. The GR series is available in either supplied as basic pumps, tank mounted packages or stack mounted systems with room for future pumps to be added. All systems are completely integrated with all components piped and wired prior to shipping. Our pumps are continuous duty rated with long life carbon vanes. Each pump is equipped with a TEFC motor and internal discharge and exhaust filters. The carbon vane technology means that the pumps are entirely Oilless. There is no potential for oil to be present in the exhaust and there is no issue of waste oil disposal. The PLC based control panel is standard on all systems regardless of size and scope. Optional tank finishes are available depending on the system requirements.
